Project Description

Target Insight provides services such as copy-writing, marketing, project management, website and event planning, and much more.  Target Insight was using an outdated Content Management System and was no longer able to update their website with ease and needed a fresh new look and feel to reflect it’s branding.

APM Solutions created a new site that is both user friend and easier to use, clearly communicates to clients and prospects what Target Insight does, and reinforces the company’s legitimacy.

I integrated social-media channels into the new site, such as Twitter, Facebook and blogs.  I used consistent language to call attention to “marketing communications” – appearing prominently on all pages, and implemented WordPress as the content management system.

To promote Target Insight’s expertise, the company had launched a blog on a WordPress platform featuring marketing and communications content. I was able to migrate the blog to the new website and incorporate these blog posts throughout the website to ensure visitors could reach fresh content on a regular basis.

The new website’s WordPress platform also addressed Target Insight’s desire for more internal control over its own website.  As the company continued to increase their online presence, Target Insight wanted to be able to make changes and updates to its own content without having to engage its website development vendor every time minor edits were needed. With the user-friendly WordPress platform, making updates internally, including new images, pages, and navigation menus, is now a snap.

Having worked with many designers over the years, I find Adam McLean of APM Solutions to be a very talented web developer. He is easy to work with and meets deadlines. Adam achieved the goals of my website redesign: it is a professional-looking website with a simple content management system that is easy for a non-technical user to update on the fly.
